By the way. Did you love to have diet today? I believe some of you who have problem with your body especially girls, will like to solve their problem right? Follow this tips and i believe that one can help you to reduce your weight.
My crazy diet menu :
1. Exercise more. Do a lots of lighter exercise in morning.
2. Jogging 10-20 minutes every morning and evening. Make it 3-5 times every week. If you can, do that daily.
3. Eat less rice or anything have many carbohydrate and protein. But you need some to get some energy.
4. Drink more white water and if you can, always drink ginger water.
So, did you fine with my menu? Do that and i don't think you need to drink too many medicine and diet pills.
PS: Its only works if you have high level of spirit and focus with your diet menu.
